ABOUT ME
Hello, I am Yasmin Catley, and welcome to my online portfolio.
After graduating from Loughborough University with a 2:1 BA in Graphic Communication and Illustration in the summer of 2023 I moved to Munich, Germany to start my career as a designer. After initially finishing an internship as a Trainee in Art Direction I went on to and am currently working as a UX/UI Designer at PROJEKTIL Werbeagentur. Prior to starting my degree, I also completed the Art Foundation Course, which guided me in the direction towards graphic design. During my third year at University, I took a placement year from August 2021 until September 2022, working for Kartenliebe in Munich, Germany. This placement year gave me valuable experiences as well as the urge to want to relocate to Munich upon graduation.

I am passionate about learning new techniques and ways in which to develop and produce my work to be exciting and stand out. With this, I am eager to continue to learn new skills within my further career, especially with the rapid development of AI and how this can be used as a new tool within my work.

I have a great interest in learning about new cultures, which I have had the opportunity to go and see for myself with my various travels to countries around the world. During these travels, I enjoy using my photography skills to capture some of these experiences. Alongside this, I enjoy pushing myself outside my comfort zone by trying out new things.
